"I have just taken my V-Rod for its 5K scheduled service yesterday 8/7/09. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Don in the service department. His level of honesty is something hard to find these days. I went to the service departments with various complaints that were immediately addressed and taken care of by Don and his service group. "I've been riding for over 30 years and have dealt with many Harley-Davidson Dealerships in those years. From the minute I walked into Dean's I knew that I was in for a different experience. From Dave, who sold me my bike to Greg who made sure all the paperwork was completed correctly and on time to the service department who completed the service work required for prompt delivery my experience with Dean's has been great and like no other experience at any of the other, large, inpersonal dealerships. I have, and will continue to recommend Dean's H-D to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle or to have their bike serviced. I have, since purchasing my bike from Dean's have had reason to visit a dealership for accessories and having two dealerships within five miles from my home I have ridden back out to Deans, about 35 miles from my home to support a dealership who treats customers they way we should be treated and not like some cash cow that can be milked for all we have."

"The Service depatment is great. First dealings with the Dean team was in Dec to get tires. They picked the bike up and brought her back on the days they indicated. The second experience was equally positive. Dyna went in for her 10,000 mile wellness check and they had her done in the three hours they promised. "

"Stoped by to see the black rocker custom last saturday, introduced myself to Greg and bought it on the spot. "In March of 2007 I was looking at the new 883 Sportsters on Dean's showroom floor. However I wasn't sure which model would be just right for my needs as a commuter. "I have been to Deans HD 2 times since I bought my 2006 Dyna for 5k and 10k service. Both times I received excellent service and prices. The prices are by far the best around and the service is even better. He explains all of the work and offers information that is helpful. I had a charity run to ride in and needed my bike in a jiffy. "I did not initially purchase my bike at Dean's but I am now a Dean's customer because of service manager Donn Fagans. He resolved my engine warranty issues with no hassles. Donn is a straight shooter and a get it done guy. I had my bike back quicker then I expected, and he took the time to explain in detail, what was done. Service is important to me, and Donn's customer first attitued filters down through his shop, whose employees treat each bike as their own. Dean's has earned my trust with their quality service dept. and is why Dean's is now my preferred dealership."

"I am totally happy with Dean's. Buying my first big twin, i went in a few times and new right away this was the place for me. Later on I had a bad mechanic do a routine fix to my bike. (trying to support the little guy.) Well he messed it up big time. I came in to Dean's and the service guys were just as nice as the guys out front. I was put at ease that they could fix my problem. The next day they called with an estimate and the day after that I was back riding. Whether you are shopping or in for service...Dean's will treat you with kindness and respect. Go in once and you will feel the same."
