"My hat is off to Greg Sassaman. I am in love with my new HD Softail Blackline! I called him on a Tuesday and started to ask him questions. He didn't have the bike I wanted in stock, but assured me they could have it the very next day. Well sure enough, Greg kept to his word and had my bike the following day. I ordered Vance & Hines short stop staggered pipes, and they were installed the following day! The bike was delivered for free that same Friday. I will be a customer for life."

"This THANK YOU is overdue here on this site, as I traded my Sportster 1200L I bought from Dean's a bit over a year ago, and purchased a 2012 Fatboy In Nov. 2011. What a difference! Love that bike! Anyway, I appreciated the knowledgeable, patient and friendly sales and service staff who assisted me during the process. I never felt "pushed" or "hassled". "Want to thank Scott at Deans HD in Sellersville PA. 20 minutes after closing he answered the phone and after I explained to him that I was leaving for Afghanistan the next day and needed an emergency fix, stayed another 20 minutes waiting for me to show up, and then took the time to fix/plug my rear tire that had a 6 inch nail in it. "Just purchased a 2011 883 super low the other day. The staff was great. I love that you can take a bike out at any time for a test drive. They listened, were respectful and patient. I really loved the no pressure approach and not trying to sell more bike than was needed. Donn's team was able to get forward controls on the bike before the ink was dry on the paper work. They have spoiled me and I don't think I could buy a bike from anyone else. I also get my 03 dyna serviced there and if they say something will be done, it will get done. "

"I've been riding for over 30 years and have dealt with many Harley-Davidson Dealerships in those years. From the minute I walked into Dean's I knew that I was in for a different experience. From Dave, who sold me my bike to Greg who made sure all the paperwork was completed correctly and on time to the service department who completed the service work required for prompt delivery my experience with Dean's has been great and like no other experience at any of the other, large, inpersonal dealerships. I have, and will continue to recommend Dean's H-D to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle or to have their bike serviced. "I did not initially purchase my bike at Dean's but I am now a Dean's customer because of service manager Donn Fagans. He resolved my engine warranty issues with no hassles. Donn is a straight shooter and a get it done guy. I had my bike back quicker then I expected, and he took the time to explain in detail, what was done. Service is important to me, and Donn's customer first attitued filters down through his shop, whose employees treat each bike as their own. "I am totally happy with Dean's. Buying my first big twin, i went in a few times and new right away this was the place for me. Later on I had a bad mechanic do a routine fix to my bike. (trying to support the little guy.) Well he messed it up big time. I came in to Dean's and the service guys were just as nice as the guys out front. I was put at ease that they could fix my problem. The next day they called with an estimate and the day after that I was back riding. Whether you are shopping or in for service...Dean's will treat you with kindness and respect.
