"Stoped by to see the black rocker custom last saturday, introduced myself to Greg and bought it on the spot. "In March of 2007 I was looking at the new 883 Sportsters on Dean's showroom floor. However I wasn't sure which model would be just right for my needs as a commuter. Randy's son ask me some good questions about how I would be using the bike. His best advice was the 883 Roadster and I could hear the ring of truth to his recommendations. "I purchased a 2006 Ultra Classic a year a go. I feel that it its the best bike i have owned. "I have been to Deans HD 2 times since I bought my 2006 Dyna for 5k and 10k service. Both times I received excellent service and prices. The prices are by far the best around and the service is even better. He explains all of the work and offers information that is helpful. I had a charity run to ride in and needed my bike in a jiffy. Don made sure it was ready to go on time! Don kicks ass! You'll be seeing me again at 15k!"

"I did not initially purchase my bike at Dean's but I am now a Dean's customer because of service manager Donn Fagans. He resolved my engine warranty issues with no hassles. Donn is a straight shooter and a get it done guy. I had my bike back quicker then I expected, and he took the time to explain in detail, what was done. Service is important to me, and Donn's customer first attitued filters down through his shop, whose employees treat each bike as their own. Dean's has earned my trust with their quality service dept. and is why Dean's is now my preferred dealership."

"I am totally happy with Dean's. Buying my first big twin, i went in a few times and new right away this was the place for me. Later on I had a bad mechanic do a routine fix to my bike. (trying to support the little guy.) Well he messed it up big time. I came in to Dean's and the service guys were just as nice as the guys out front. I was put at ease that they could fix my problem. The next day they called with an estimate and the day after that I was back riding. Whether you are shopping or in for service...Dean's will treat you with kindness and respect. Go in once and you will feel the same."
